Cookies from curd «Cheese flowers»

Ingredients:

400 gr. cottage cheese,
200 gr. margarine,
4 tbsp. flour,
1-2 eggs,
0,5 tbsp. sugar,
0.5 tsp. of baking soda.

Cookies  from curd

Preparation:

1. Softened margarine chop with flour (you can also RUB some margarine on a large grater).
2. Add to the margarine and flour grated cottage cheese and soda.
3. Knead a tight dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Then roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out the circles of the same size.
5. On each circle to make 6 cuts from the center to the edge.
6. Received the «petals» to wrap the middle of the «flowers», push in the center.
7. Each flower dipped in beaten egg, then in sugar (but experience has shown me that it is much easier to simply lubricate «the flowers» egg with a brush, and then sprinkle with sugar.)
8. Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220°C until Golden brown.
