Oil — 270 Grams (cream, 200gr. in the dough, the filling in of 70)
Sugar — 250 Grams (50/50 in the dough and the filling)
Flour — 365 Grams (15 grams stuffing)
Almonds — 200 Grams (plates)
Eggs — 1 Piece
Honey — 80 Grams
Cream — 80 Ml
Candied Fruit — 50 Grams
Lemon — 1 Piece (zest)
Vanilla — 1 Piece (bag)
Salt — 2 Pinches

How to make «Christmas Cookies» 

Prepare shortcrust pastry 350 grams of flour, 200 grams of butter, half of the available sugar, one egg, pinch of salt, zest of one lemon and vanilla to taste.
Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
While the dough is in the refrigerator, cook our almond mass. For this purpose a fireproof dish, melt the remaining butter, sugar, honey and cream.

Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 6 minutes.
