Chocolate wholemeal biscuits with marshmallows


The usual flour – 0.25 Cup + 2 tbsp
Wholegrain wheat flour – 0.25 Cup +2 tbsp
Salt – of 0.25 tsp.
Soda – of 0.25 tsp.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – of 0.25 tsp.
Butter, room temperature – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Egg – 1 PC.
Marshmallow — cookies
The black chocolate for the frosting 100g
Dried cranberries — 1 handful

Chocolate wholemeal biscuits with marshmallows


1. Mix both kinds of flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the cranberries.
2. Beat with a mixer soft butter and sugar 4 minutes. Add the egg and a little more fluff.
3. To the butter add flour gradually, stirring until smooth.
4. Using a tablespoon to transfer the cookies on a baking sheet at a distance. Cookies are better to make small – 3-4 cm in diameter. Mine turned out a little too big.
5. Send them in the oven for 7 minutes at 180°C.
6. After 7 minutes remove the pan, put on biscuits, marshmallows and send the cookie for another 2 minutes so the marshmallows are softened.
7. After the specified time the cookies out from the oven. Ira advises flatten marshmallows over the entire surface of the cookie. But I have marshmallows after this levelling was quite flat, so I left it in, as it was a slide.
8. The cooled biscuits to dip in rastoplenny in a water bath chocolate. I bottom not dipped. And lay on a baking paper and let the glaze set.
