Chocolate pie «Scent of passion»


Bitter chocolate — 2 tiles 100 g (or second milk)
Eggs-4 PCs. medium
Sugar — 3 tbsp
Kakaka-powder — 4 tbsp
Flour — 1 tbsp
Corn starch (not potato!)-2 tbsp
Cream 20%-4 tbsp
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp
Ginger — a large slice with hazelnut
Orange — 1 piece average
Bitter orange liqueur — 2 tbsp

Chocolate pie Scent of passion


1. Carefully sift a couple of times in a bowl mix dry ingredients together with the baking powder.
2. To grate the zest of an orange (previously scalded with boiling water) and a piece of ginger.
3. Chocolate (1pc.) pour cream and melt in the microwave or in a water bath. Cool.
4. Beat eggs with sugar in a stable cream foam.
5. In the bowl of the dry mixture to spread a third of the egg foam and gently stirring and turning the bowl in a circle, pour the melted chocolate. Easy to knead.

9. Melt in micro two thirds of broken chocolate(chocolate second) and the remainder of the liqueur mixture. Put in hot mixture of the remains of the chocolate into small pieces and thoroughly mixed. Pour on top of cake and let stand in the cold for half an hour, though preferably overnight.
10. Serve with vanilla ice cream and coffee with brandy.
