Milk 1 Cup
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Egg — 1 PC.
Flour — 200 g
Sugar — 4-5 tbsp
Salt — 1 pinch
Baking powder — 2 tsp
Cocoa — 2 tbsp heaped

1. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt (all the dry ingredients). Separately mix the milk, oil and egg. Add the milk mixture to the flour (dry ingredients in a liquid). Stir well.

2. Heat a frying pan (non-stick). No oil no longer need. Rather what is contained in the test. Spoon fritter batter into the pan (2 tbsp per pancake) and bake until then, until the surface of the dough will not pop the bubbles. Then flip to the other side.
