CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FOUNDATION COCOA

yogurt — 100g.
low-fat cottage cheese — 300g.
sugar — 3CT.l.
cocoa 1.5 tbsp
gelatin-15g.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FOUNDATION COCOA

1. Yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar and cocoa in a blender until smooth.
2. Soak gelatine in cold water for 10-15min.
3. Put the saucepan with the gelatin on the fire, bring to a boil.
4. Add the gelatin to the chocolate cream, mix thoroughly.
5. With a mixer beat cream 1-2min.
6. Pour the mousse in kremanki, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Optionally, you can add nuts
The recipe is for 4 servings, per 100g. about 140 kcal.

This recipe you can do and fruit mousse, replacing the cocoa with your favorite fruit or berries.
