Chocolate fondant

Ingredients:
-Eggs — 2 PCs.
-Bitter chocolate — 80 g
-Butter — 50 g
-Sugar — 40 g
-Flour — 30 g

Chocolate fondant

Preparation:
1. The oven to heat up to 210 degrees. Eggs lightly whisk with sugar.
2. Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath (or in microwave). Cool slightly and add to the eggs.
3. Gently stir the mixture, add the flour.
4. Stir with a dough whisk until lumps disappear and pour it into the form, greased and lightly floured.
5. Bake for 8 minutes for liquid filling, 10 — semi-liquid, 12 — solid.
6. Serve immediately, warm. Fondant unmatched combined with ice cream or berries.
