the Flour – 4 tablespoons without slides;
Sugar 4 level tablespoons;
Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons;
Egg – 1 PC;
Milk – 3 tablespoons;
Butter – 3 tbsp;
Powdered sugar – for dusting;
Chocolate is optional.
