Chocolate clafoutis with cherries

Clafoutis is a classic French dessert (FR. clafoutis, from the ACS. clafir — fill). Is a cross between pudding, cake and pudding. Chicken eggs — 3 PCs.
Sugar — 120 g
Flour — 80 g
Cocoa — 50 g
Milk — 300 ml
Lemon zest
Sweet cherries — 1 tbsp.
Powdered sugar — 2 tsp.
Butter — 1 tsp

Chocolate clafoutis with cherries



1. In the lemon zest add the eggs, mix well.
2. Then add all the remaining ingredients: flour, cocoa, eggs, sugar, milk. Carefully drive the mixer. Get a very liquid dough, similar to pancake. Do not be afraid — as it should be.
3. Short form (I — 16 cm) with butter and place the cherry, pre-clearing it from the seeds. If using frozen berries, be sure to let them thaw and drain the juice.
4. Carefully pour the batter into the pan. Berries will rise.
5. Bake the clafoutis for about 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Readiness check with a wooden skewer — it should come out dry. To give the dessert a little to cool in pan, then remove. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh berries.
The dessert is ready!
