For the balls
— cottage cheese — 250 g
— yolks — 2 PCs.
— sugar — 50 g
— coconut — 50 g
— starch — 3 tbsp (without top)

For the dough
— eggs — 4 PCs.
— sugar — 30 g+30 g)
— chocolate — 50 g
— flour — 2 tbsp
— starch — 2 tbsp
— cocoa — 3 tbsp
— salt — a pinch
— vanilla sugar — 2 bags
— baking powder — pinch

Method of preparation of chocolate cake with cottage cheese balls
First cook the balls. For this curd mix with sugar, starch, coconut and egg yolks. Mix well, until smooth. To form balls.
The dough. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until light and smooth mass. Add melted chocolate. Sifted flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and salt can enter into the egg-chocolate mixture and stir.
Beat egg whites with 30g sugar until stable peaks. Carefully put into mass and the scapula move downwards together.
Baking dish cover with parchment paper, lay out the beads.
From top to pour the chocolate mass.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Pour chocolate glaze.
