Cheesecake with cereals and apples


For the dough:

Flour for baking — 140 g
Brown sugar — 100 g
Butter room temperature — 230 g

For the filling:

Cream cheese — 500 g
Sugar- 100 g
Vanilla — 1 tsp
Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
Apple — 2 PCs.
Cinnamon — ½ tsp.
Oatmeal — 60 g
Brown sugar — 100 g
Butter at room temperature — 115 g

Liquid caramel — 180 ml

Cheesecake with cereals and apples


1. Heat the oven to 175 °C. Mix the flour (140 g) and brown sugar (100 g). Mash butter (230 g) with a fork and mix with flour and sugar to form crumbs.
