Cheese (about 150 grams) — 1 stack.
The flour to 1.5 cups.
Butter — 80 g
Milk — 4 tbsp
Salt (to taste)
Lemon zest (from one small lemon)
cumin, sesame seeds (optional, but can add if desired)

1. Store ready for the straw in a covered container to remain crispy, but we ate it immediately, so storage is nothing left.
2. Cheese and butter to RUB on a fine grater and mix thoroughly. (can put cumin or sesame seeds if desired)
3. Add salt, milk and zest and again mix thoroughly. 4. Then add all the flour and knead a soft and elastic dough.
5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut them in stripes and each stripe of the roll sticks in a tube.
6. Lay them on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
7. Let cool and eat! Cheese flavor will show up when they cool down! Get about 45 sticks)
