Cheese fondue at home


Gruyere cheese — 350 g
Emmental cheese — 350 g
Garlic cloves — 1 tooth.
Dry white wine — 400 ml
Corn flour — 1.5 St. l
Cherry vodka — 115 g
Grated nutmeg — pinch
Ground white pepper — pinch
Baguette — 1 PC.

Cheese fondue at home


1. To grate cheese on a coarse grater, peel the garlic and cut in half. Cut the bread into small cubes.
2. Grate the garlic fondue.
3. Pour white wine into fondue pot and heat on low heat.
4. Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly, allow to melt. Once all the cheese is melted, bring to a boil.
5. Mix cornflour with Kirsch (cherry vodka) and add to cheese mixture. Bring to a boil and continue to stir until the mixture is smooth.
6. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
7. Place the fondue on open fire, nakalyvanie bread on fondue forks and dip in cheese. In addition, a bit of boiled potatoes dipped in the fondue can be served as a side dish of pickles.
