Cheese casserole

Ingredients:

500 g of cottage cheese,
225 ml milk,
15 g sugar,
50 g of semolina,
1/2 egg (I added only the yolk).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cheese casserole

Preparation:

1. Cottage cheese to wipe through a sieve, mix it with milk.
2. Add the egg and mix well again.
3. Then add semolina with sugar and stir.
4. Everything is just mixed, nothing is whipped.
Grease a baking pan with butter, pour the cheese filling and levelling.
5. Put bake for 30-35 minutes.
