— Chicken – 1.5 kg.
— Onions – 4 PCs.
— Tomatoes – 800g.
— Garlic to taste
— Parsley – 30g.
— Sunflower oil – 3CT.l.
— Vinegar – 100g.
— Water – 100g.

1. Chicken carcass rinse and cut into small serving pieces.
2. Chop onions, put in pot, add oil and simmer on low heat until toasted.
3. Then onions in chicken meat, salt, pepper, finely chopped, slices of tomatoes, crushed garlic, vinegar (or lemon juice), a small amount of water (or broth).
4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer until tender birds.
