Cake «Zuccoto»

The cake turned out very, very tasty. Chocolate cake, gorgeous, delicate filling with a very rich flavor.
Cream turns gentle, but it holds its shape well.
Of course, instead of almonds you can use other nuts instead of cherries — other berries, but the taste is completely different.
I use frozen pitted cherries, defrost it and merged all the liquid.

You will need:

cake:

2 eggs
100 g butter
120 g of sugar
20g cocoa
100 g flour
2 tsp baking powder

Filling:

300 ml cream 33-35%
100 g of powdered sugar (or sugar)
50 g almonds
250 g cherries
50 g of chocolate (dark or milk)

How to cook:

1. Prepare the dough.
Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add butter and mix. Add the sugar and mix. Beat eggs. Add the eggs to the dough, mix gently.

2. Baking (I used baking size 30h35 cm) greased or lay a baking paper. Put the dough, smooth.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Ready cake cool.

3. From the cake to cut the circle, using a stencil bowl capacity of about 1.2 liters. Circle remove to the side. Lay a bowl with cling film. Of the remaining cake to cut the triangles, put them in a bowl, repeating its shape.

4. Prepare the cream. Nuts chop. Finely chopped chocolate. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Add nuts and mix. Add the chocolate and mix. Add cherries. Stir.

5. Put the cream in a bowl with Korzh. Cover with a circle cut. Put into the fridge (not freezer) for 6-8 hours.

6. Before serving, invert on a serving plate and garnish as desired.
