CAKE «TURTLE»

Ingredients:

— 6 proteins
— 6 egg yolks
— Cup sugar
— 2 cups flour
— 1 teaspoon soda or baking powder

Cream:

— 750 g sour cream
— 1 C sugar

Preparation:

Beat the whites with 1 Cup sugar. Beat the yolks with 1 Cup sugar.
To combine whites and yolks. Carefully enter the sifted with the baking powder flour. Bake on the baking tray with Patty, spreading the batter with a spoon, less than a tablespoon at a time (dessert spoon). Temperature of 180 degrees.
For the cream, whisk to mix sour cream and sugar. I would not advise you a whole Cup of sugar to add for my taste too sweet, I add less, but it’s a personal preference. Beat is not required, just stir to dissolve sugar. Next, dip the Patty into the cream, put layers on a dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Of course, and in such, pure cake to assemble. But tastier add something fresh, sour, for example apples thin slices between bread or Apple slices plus a walnut or
apples, nuts and cranberries.
