Cake «Snow White»

Delicate cake, very tasty, moderately sweet and not cloying. Interesting delicate sour cream frosting.
Very easy to prepare, perfect for the family tea, and for the holiday feast.
The berries or fruits you can use any of your choice.

Ingredients for the cake:

— 60 g butter
— 100 g biscuits (biscuit sticks or amarettini)
— 100 g ground almonds

Cake Snow White

For the filling:


— 150 g white chocolate
— 600 g of cream cheese
— 120 g of sugar
— 1 tablespoon of starch
— vanilla sugar
— 2 eggs

For a layer:

— 150 g of jam or pureed with sugar berries

For sour cream glaze:

— 400 g low-fat sour cream
— 40 g of sugar
— vanilla sugar

For decoration:

— fresh berries
— chocolate

Preparation:

For the base of the cake melt the butter, crush biscuits. Mix the butter with cookies and almonds, spread out on the bottom of the mould, covered with paper, to smooth and flatten with a spoon. Put the time in the cold.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Cream cheese whipped with sugar and vanilla, gradually add starch, eggs and melted chocolate.

2/3 of the mass lay at the base of the cake, then gently spread fruit or berry layer, leaving the distance of about 4 cm to the brim. On top of the remaining cream filling. Bake in a pre heated oven at 170-190°, about 45 minutes.

Sides of cake will be baked faster,so it is better form completely to shoot the paper so that in the finished form of the sides of the cake were darker.

After the time,remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool slightly, about 15-20 minutes.

For the glaze mix the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Spread the glaze over the surface and bake the cake at the same temperature for another 7-10 minutes.

Cake to cool and before serving, decorate with fresh berries or fruit and chocolate.
