Cake candy bounty


For the dough:
150 gr. soft butter
1 egg yolk
100 gr. sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp. flour

For «The Bounty»:
6 proteins
1 tbsp. sugar
200 gr. coconut

For the cream:
5 egg yolks
4 tablespoon (no slides) sugar
1 tbsp. milk
200 gr. butter

2 tbsp brandy

For the glaze:
100 gr. chocolate
50 gr. butter
Or prepare your favorite frosting with cocoa

1.Prepare the dough: in a bowl mix the yolks, sugar, butter.Add flour with baking powder and cocoa. Kneading the dough.
2.In the form for the cake (I lined plain paper, and grease with oil) to put 2/3 of the dough, flatten by hand. The rest of the dough should be put in the freezer.
3.Cook bounty: beat egg whites with sugar , for meringue,but please note that sugar is less. Now add the coconut and gently stir bounty spoon.
4.Put a «bounty» on the dough.
5.Take out the remaining dough from the freezer, and grate on a coarse grater directly on the bounty.
6.Bake this beauty for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 *.
7.Now remove from the oven and let stand until cooled.
8.Make a delicious cream: egg yolks, sugar and milk boil (until thick liquid yogurt). Then the mixture is cooled.
9.Whisk the butter until fluffy and white. Then gradually add the mixture of claim 8. In the end add the cognac (of taste, but a very interesting note in the taste).
10.Received cream lubricates the whole cake. Put in the refrigerator to cool (usually overnight).
11.When the cream hardens, pour the cake frosting.
