Biscuits in the pan

Ingredients:
3 tbsp sunflower oil, refined
1.5 tbsp wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
80 g sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 piece chicken eggs

Biscuits in the pan

From this quantity of ingredients I got 20 cookies.

Step 1
For biscuits, we need flour, sugar, yolk of one egg, sour cream, sunflower oil, baking powder.

Step 2
Detachable albumen and yolk, we only need the yolk. Whisk the yolks with the sugar and sour cream.

Step 3
Pour sunflower oil, continuing to whisk.

Step 4
Sift flour with baking powder, knead the dough manually. At the end of kneading it should come unstuck from hands.

Step 5
Roll out the dough «sausage» with a diameter of 3-4 cm, cut into slices 1 cm thick, roll pieces into balls and replusive into pellets.

Step 6
I wanted to come up and check, whether there will be a drawing during baking. Figure I struck with a small hammer for beating the meat, gently pressing to obtain the print.

Step 7
The pan set on a very small fire and heated. Put the cookies on a dry pan and bake for 3-4 minutes on each side until Browning. The edges in the hot condition will be soft, this is normal.

Step 8
Remove cookies from the pan and allowed to cool, after which it can be served with any drinks.
