Banana rolls


Walnuts — 140 g
Dates — 6 PCs.
Lemon — 1 PC.
Banana — 1 PC.
Carob — 1 tbsp
Dried apricots — 70 g

Banana rolls


1. Dried apricots and dates soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Then drain the water, dry it and scroll through a meat grinder. Grind the walnuts.
2. Mix well. Add the zest of 1 lemon and some juice. Need to taste. Again mix thoroughly.
3. Spread the mass in a thin layer. I laid out on the foil. A little stick, but you can work. Top it with a banana.
4. Using foil gently twisting roll. Close it with the foil on all sides and put in the fridge or freezer, so everything is carefully grabbed.
5. Chilled roll to get out of foil, sprinkle with carob or cocoa from all sides and serve. But I would recommend not immediately taste better when they are room temperature.
