Baked tomatoes with cheese

Ingredients:
— 1 large tomato
— grated Parmesan
— fresh herbs (oregano, parsley, thyme)
— salt and pepper
— olive oil

Baked tomatoes with cheese

Preparation:


1. Cut the tomato in half and place in the casserole dish.
2. On top sprinkle cheese, salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
