Apple pudding


— 600g peeled apples
— 125 g of butter.
— 2 eggs
— 200 g of sugar
— 120 g flour
— 0.5 tsp baking powder
— 1 vanilla pod

Cooking time: 40-50 minutes.

Method of preparation:

1) heat the Oven to 180C
