Air casserole without flour and semolina

Ingredients:

▶ Cottage cheese — 500 g
▶ The egg — 4 PCs
▶ Sugar — 7 tbsp
▶ Sour cream (20%, with slide) — 2 tbsp
▶ Starch (with slide) — 2 tbsp
▶ Vanilla
▶ Raisins (optional)

Air casserole without flour and semolina

Method of preparation:

1. Whisk cheese, yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanillin.
2. Whisk the whites.
3. Mix cottage cheese with beaten egg whites.
4. If desired, add raisins or other dried fruit.
5. Put them into a form with parchment paper greased with butter.
6. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
