Ingredients:
— 2 eggs
— 1 Cup sugar
— 1 Cup of any jam (preferably currant, cherry)
— 1 glass of kefir or curdled
— 2 tsp.
— 1,5 — 2 cups flour
Cream:
— 0.5 liter of sour cream
— 0,4 Cup sugar

The Rotten stump cake

Preparation:


1. Beat eggs with sugar, add the jam, stir in kefir soda (when you mix yogurt and baking soda, all begins to foam, so you need to mix in a tall Cup!), flour.

2. Mix well. The dough rather thin, freely flowing with a spoon!
3. You can make 2 cakes.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Each Korzh cut into 2 pieces (a total of 4 cake layers).
5. Cakes can be impregnated with syrup or water, mixed with jam.
6. Cream: 0.5 liters of sour cream whipped with 0,4 Cup sugar.
Decorate to your taste.
